Minimum Standards: Learn about the minimum standards required for rental properties in Victoria and how to ensure compliance with current regulations.

Safety Checks: Understand the importance of ensuring thorough safety checks are conducted in order to protect both RRP’s & Renters.

Mandatory Disclosure: Gain insights into the mandatory disclosure requirements for RRP’s and gain a good understanding of the obligations of RRP’s & Agents.

CAV Guidelines: Navigate the Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) guidelines with confidence including Maintenance, Cleanliness, Damage and Fair Wear and Tear, Urgent Repairs and Endanger.

The cost per attendee is $99.00 inc GST (one attendee only per registration).

If you have a larger team then we can offer this training privately for you via Zoom for $550.00 inc GST.

Throughout the training, participants will need to have their cameras and microphones on and are encouraged to ask questions and actively engage in discussions to ensure a thorough understanding of these critical property management topics. By the end of this session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to handle VCAT notices and arrears management confidently in your property management responsibilities.

This session is suitable for property managers of all levels of experience.
