Leadership Series – Learn how to be the best manager and leader in this 8 part series

Our industry is unlikely to go back to how we did business in February 2020. Some of our key challenges is ensuring our leaders have the skill sets and the ability to drive the changes needed in our businesses. Sadhana and Hayley are passionate about empowering property managers to ensure they have workplaces that they can thrive in. We can do this if we grow leaders who know and understand what great workplaces look like.

So we have teamed up and together created sessions for managers who are responsible for managing teams, small or large and emerging managers. Leadership training for property managers is an investment we all need to make in ourselves and in our people.

Hayley Mitchell

There are 8 sessions in total and they will run via Zoom every Tuesday for 8 weeks from the 20th April 2021, between 10am & 11am. The cost for the whole series is $799 and it is capped at 20 attendees to ensure you get maximum attention. Please note you will need to have cameras on and microphones on because these sessions are interactive.

Session 1 on 20 April – Understanding what your key leadership challenges are and how to put a plan in place to overcome them

Session 2 on 27 April – What to focus on for the “new normal”

Session 3 on 4 May – Ensuring you have the right people on the bus so you can build a performance driven culture. Includes interview questions and techniques

Session 4 on 11 May – Assessing if your business is structured for growth and what key elements to take into account

Session 5 on 18 May – Ensuring you have a business plan in place for success, this includes a plan for your teams

Session 6 on 25 May – Putting in place a performance mindset also requires accountability, what do you hold teams accountable to and how to provide feedback

Session 7 on 1 June – What KPI metrics should you be using, how technology can help you and how do we start measuring client satisfaction

Session 8 on 8 June – Workplaces are changing, what are they challenges, what are the new ways of working we should consider
