What we will cover:

• We will review the differences between a Commercial tenant and a Retail tenant and who is responsible for outgoings and maintenance.
• Invoicing and how and when GST is to be collected.
• The importance of Disclosure Statements and the collection of outgoings
• Charging of penalty interest and other charges / fees
• Breach and default notices

We will require cameras and microphones to be on throughout this session and there will be open discussion and Q&A at the end of the session.

This session is suitable for property managers of all levels of experience.
